Indian food is diverse. The sheer number of varieties that are available is mind boggling. Indian food requires skill to prepare and don't forget experience! In this article, I shall be listing great diverse foods for a full day's meal: breakfast, lunch and dinner!
Breakfast
For breakfast, we shall be seeing a great dish from South India: Puttu
Puttu served with kadala curry is one of the most popular breakfast combination from Kerala. Puttu is basically a steamed rice flour and coconut log. The combination of soft puttu with kadala curry (black chickpeas curry) is awesome. Traditionally puttu was made in bamboo logs and this gave the puttu a lovely aroma.

Lunch
For lunch, we shall be seeing a North Indian thali.
Thali means "Full Meal". In North India, one full meal can have a lot of different things. In this article, one example is a combo of: Aloo Jeera, Paneer Bhurji, Dal Tadka, Boondi Raita, Mango Pickle, Jeera Rice and finally Roti.

Dinner
For dinner, I have chosen the Rajma Chawal – It is one of the regulars at any Punjabi house for lunch or dinner. Mostly it’s made on weekends and the combo of kidney beans curry with steamed rice is quite famous. This Rajma recipe is a lightly spiced, creamy and a delicious Punjabi curry made with kidney beans, onions, tomatoes and spices.
